Exchanges
If you received an item and want to exchange it for a different size, please email info@fabknits.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, please email info@fabknits.com within 3 days of receiving the item. The email must include the order number, item number and a picture of the item of concern. The replacement item will be sent free of charge.
