• Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your notification.

2. Shipping Destinations & Origin

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories. All products are shipped directly from our facilities in the U.S.A.

• Standard Shipping: Once processed, please allow 4–8 business days for delivery.

• Specialty Items: Certain items may require a longer delivery window. These will be clearly indicated on the product page; please allow 5–10 business days for these specific shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

At Fabulous Knits, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We offer a 14-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

1. Return & Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

• Items are in unused, original condition (unworn and unwashed).

• The request is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

• You have your order number and item details ready.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

We’ve made the process simple and cost-free for our customers.

1. Email Us: Send a request to info@fabknits.com.

2. Include Details: Please provide your Order Number, Item Number, and specify if you would like a Refund, Store Credit, or an Exchange (please specify the new size needed).

3. For Damaged Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please attach a photo of the product so we can expedite your replacement.

4. Receive Your Label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. You won't pay a cent for return shipping!

3. Exchanges

If you need a different size, we’ll get your new item processed as soon as your return is on its way back to us. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Mistakes happen, and we want to fix them. If your order is damaged or incorrect, notify us within the 14-day window. We will ship out a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

• Original Payment Method: By default, all returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.

• Store Credit: If preferred, we can issue store credit for future use. Please indicate your preference when contacting us.

• Timeline: Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
