Exchanges
If you received an item and want to exchange it for a different size, please email info@fabknits.com within 3 days of receiving the item. The email must include the order number, item number and the correct size. The item(s) must be in unused condition. A postage paid label will be provided to the customer to return the item, free of charge to the customer.

If you wish to return item(s), send an email to info@fabknits.com within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund or store credit in the amount of the item(s) returned. The item(s) must be in unused condition. The email must include the order and item number of the product(s). A postage paid label will be provided to the customer, free of charge to the customer.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, please email info@fabknits.com within 3 days of receiving the item. The email must include the order number, item number and a picture of the item of concern. The replacement item will be sent free of charge.
