Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. This does not include weekends and holidays. An email with the tracking number will be sent to the customer once the item(s) have been shipped. Allow 3-5 business to be delivered, once the order has shipped.  Please note: Some items indicate to allow 5-10 business days for shipping.

Orders are only shipped to the U.S.A. (including territories) and Canada at this time. Products are shipped from the U.S.A.

We offer flat rate shipping.

• $9.00 for orders up to $49.99
• $13.00 for orders $50.00 and above

Exchanges
If you received an item and want to exchange it for a different size, please email info@fabknits.com within 3 days of receiving the item. The email must include the order number, item number and the correct size. The item(s) must be in unused condition. A postage paid label will be provided to the customer to return the item, free of charge to the customer. 

Returns
If you wish to return item(s), send an email to info@fabknits.com within 3 days from the delivery date for a refund or store credit in the amount of the item(s) returned. The item(s) must be in unused condition. The email must include the order and item number of the product(s). A postage paid label will be provided to the customer, free of charge to the customer. 

Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, please email info@fabknits.com within 3 days of receiving the item. The email must include the order number, item number and a picture of the item of concern. The replacement item will be sent free of charge.
