If you wish to return item(s), send an email to info@fabknits.com within 3 days from the delivery date for a refund or store credit in the amount of the item(s) returned. The item(s) must be in unused condition. The email must include the order and item number of the product(s). A postage paid label will be provided to the customer, free of charge to the customer. 
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, please email info@fabknits.com within 3 days of receiving the item.
