Exchanges

The item(s) must be in unused condition. The email must include the order and item number of the product(s). A postage paid label will be provided to the customer, free of charge to the customer.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, please email info@fabknits.com within 3 days of receiving the item. The email must include the order number, item number and a picture of the item of concern. The replacement item will be sent free of charge.
