Exchanges
If you received an item and want to exchange it for a different size, please email info@fabknits.com within 3 days of receiving the item. A postage paid label will be provided to the customer to return the item, free of charge to the customer.

The item(s) must be in unused condition. The email must include the order and item number of the product(s). A postage paid label will be provided to the customer, free of charge to the customer.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, please email info@fabknits.com within 3 days of receiving the item. The email must include the order number, item number and a picture of the item of concern. The replacement item will be sent free of charge.
